Please note - You do not have to create a POP3 email account to create a forwarder. Why create an Email Forwarder?
Scenario No 1 Defining the email accounts you will allow and rejecting the rest as spammers often generate random email names using your domain. You have created one POP3 email account called sales@yourdomain.com but you want to allow other email names to be used but forwarded back to the email account sales@yourdomain.co.nz. Scenario No 2 You may not wish to use the domain email features available with your web hosting account, but you do want to use your domain email account and forward this to another email address Example:- You want to use sales@yourdomain.com but you want any emails forwarded to another email address called mike@xtra.co.nz . >>more info

Log into your CPANEL
Under the email section choose Forwarders
Click on Add Forwarder
Scenario 1
For this example we have requested that mike@compumedia.co.nz be directed back to mike@nzservers.com Note:- some of you may see a dropdown option for the forwarder.
This will enbale you to select other domains attached to your domain, like parked domains, subdomains or add on domains.
Click Add forwarded to add your Forwarder

Scenario 2
You may want your email forwarded to your ISP's email address. Choose Add Forwarder Button
Example:- You want to forward all mike@compumedia.co.nz to nz50mw@xtra.co.nz

Extra Notes
Default Email Address
You will have noticed when you selected the forwarder option some information about the default email address, known as a catch all address. Make sure this is set to :fail: no such address here By default this should be set to fail
