Backups are now carried out on a weekly basis every Saturday, with a monthly copy kept.
If you have a MYSQL backup there are features found in CPANEL which allow you to make your own backups of the database(s).
CPANEL also allows you make backups of your email filters and forwarders plus your home folder.
