The email server names are:-

POP3 - yourdomain.co.nz
SMTP - yourdomain.co.nz

or:-

POP3 - mail.yourdomain.co.nz
SMTP - mail.yourdomain.co.nz

Note our e-mail servers are mapped back to your domain name so the mail prefix is not required, but can be used if you wish.
