We have a database support ticketing system we encourage you to use instead of emails or phone calls.

If you have never used the support system before you will be asked to register

Registering for the first time
The User Name is the user name for you domain.
This is normally the 1st 7 characters of your domain name.
Office: = Phone No and is optional

Once you log in you will then create a support ticket
