If transferring a domain sounds daunting NZServers for a FEE will act on your behalf to make sure the transfer process goes through smoothly.
We will require for the process the following:- - Your current credit Card Details
Click here to submit these Why is a Credit Card Required? The only payment method is by either Paypal or by Credit Card. Because the credit card details are kept on file for renewals and other services the credit card used has to be your own. What happens if you don't have a Credit Card? This is a situation we would rather avoid, as any future renewals are automatically charged to the credit card. If we act on your behalf, then our own Credit Card is charged for the value of the renewal. If we do accept situations like this and we don't receive payment before the renewal is due NZServers will cancel the domain, to avoid our credit card being charged.

If we don't have these we will send you an email requesting information
The details required are:-
- Registrants First and Last Name
- Organisations Name
- Address
- City
- Province - if applicable
- Postal Code - if applicable
- Country
- Contact phone number
During the transfer process the email contact will be NZServers so we can monitor the transfer and respond to the emails generated during the process. We will keep you informed during the process. After the transfer process is complete your email details will be used.
A charge of $NZ 65.00 exclusive of GST will be made if we act on your behalf.
