You first of all need to access your control panel.

If you have not been given your username and password please contact NZServers or your local representative.

Accessing your control panel

yourdomain - substitue with your own domain name

You setup your email accounts through the control panel

Access your control panel - unsecured                     http://www.yourdomain.com:2082

Access your control panel – secured                        https://www.yourdomain.com:2083

Note:- if you are using secure answer Y to the security certificate question

or:-

Access your control panel – unsecured                    http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

Control Panel using Bluelagoon theme:-

Click on the Manage Accounts section



Now scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the 'Add Account' link




Enter the name of the email Account you want and choose a password

The Quota is the mximum size of the email A/C before emails will be bounced.
the default is 10MB


Once you click on Create - the following message will be displayed:-

Click on the Go Back link



If you have outlook express as your email client and you are using a windows operating system then click on the Outlook [Express] Auto Config link to set up your outlook Account.

If you don't have Outlook Express then you will have to configure the new email account on your email client manually.

The following messages will only appear if you clicked on the 'Outlook [Express] AutoConfig link as depicted above

The next message will display - so please make sure Outook Express is not running


Once you clcik on OK as above a series of informative messages will display for messages which will appear when adding the new email account into outlook Express.

As the entries are added to the registry you will be asked to confirm the action - just click 'YES'



At this point your new email Account will have been created in Outlook Express
