Outlook Express/Outlook

If you find you can't open your email attachments you need to check your security settings.

Go to Tools>>Options and select the security tab

If the box highlighted above by the red circle is checked, you will not be able to open email attachments.
Please UNCHECK the box and restart Outlook to open the attachments.
