Log into your control panel and go to Tools, click on Web/FTP Stats and choose Error_log

Look through the information to see why your cgi script is failing. If you get any error like "Premature end of script headers" you have most likely uploaded your script as Binary instead of ASCII. Reupload the file in ASCII mode.
