Frontpage Extensions are either installed at the time your account is setup, or installed via your own control panel.

Common problems with frontpage extensions can be avoided by adhering to the following:

• Never use FTP if you have Frontpage Extensions Installed, it will damage them
• Always published to your full domain name (ie http://www.yourdomain.co.nz/)
• If you are using a shared ip address (all but diamond accounts) you must wait for your domain to propagate before attempting to upload your site.
