Setps to take

1. Make sure you have an internet connection
   Try your web browser and see if you can get a connection
2. Make sure your POP3 accounts settings are correct
   POP3 mail server - yourdomainname
   SMTP mail server - your domainname
   
   Example if your domain is http://www.nzservers.co.nz then your POP3 & SMTP will be nzservers.co.nz
