The format for all usernames is yourname@yourdomain.co.nz

So please login with your full email address as above.

If your email clients doesn't like the use of the @ symbol then you can also use the symbols : and %

So the following are acceptable formats:

yourname@yourdomain.co.nz
yourname:yourdomain.co.nz
yourname%yourdomain.co.nz
